HEELS OR LACES is a footwear design consultancy based just outside London, in the fresh air.  Founded by Emily Wright, an ex-sneaker head with the experience of over 20 years in the footwear industry.

Emily studied Footwear Design at De Montfort University and started her career in-house at Ben Sherman, Evisu, Lacoste & Puma Black Station.  Moving to freelance in 2008, working with WGSN on trend forecasting, designing and consulting on brands and start-ups.
